IT Enterprise Decision Making: Current State

This team is charged with conducting a comprehensive current state assessment of the processes of decision making regarding information technology investment across all categories (e.g. people, software, hardware) and collecting a comprehensive set of data about the current IT services provided across the university and associated costs across campus.

This team gathered information about current IT decision-making processes and services.

The IT Enterprise Decision Making – Current State team talked with both IT and financial leaders on campus about IT planning and investment and collected and compiled data about IT expenditures, services, and policies. The work of this team is now complete and informs  the work of the IT Enterprise Decision Making – Future State team which is currently underway.

Progress Update

The team’s observations and recommendations presented in its final report were enthusiastically accepted and supported by the AE Steering Committee.  The team’s work is now complete.
